The TFL Audience Design Fund assigns 2 grants of € 45,000 each to support films internationally co-produced and currently in post-production stage, planning to be commercially distributed at least twice, including one theatrical release. To complete the initiative a mandatory Audience Design Consultancy - structured in a series of online sessions with experts and TFL Audience Designers - guides the film team in the creation of a tailored strategy for the implementation of innovative audience engagement and outreach actions. The programme will include meetings with sales and distribution expert, press agent, session on digital marketing and social media, as well as training on the latest technologies, such as AI tools, aimed at supporting the team in the preparation and implementation of the audience design strategy. The Fund covers expenses connected to the creation and execution of original audience engagement activities, beyond traditional distribution and marketing strategies.

Sofia Meetings is looking for works in progress to showcase to festival programmers, sales agents, distributors, exhibitors and international press. Films must be over 60 minutes in length, and either recently completed or in late-stage post-production. The 23rd Sofia Meetings will take place from March 18th to 22nd, 2026, within the framework of the 30th Sofia International Film Festival (March 12th–22nd, 2026).

The Games Finance Market is UK’s largest curated B2B games event, connecting studios, publishers and investors from all over the globe. It’s a signature moment for LGF and has been core to the festival since day one. The event runs over two days and it is a unique opportunity for studios to pitch their games to a selected audience of publishers and investors. The WIP initiative is designed for film projects that are in the later stage of production, helping producers and directors to secure post-production funds, meet distribution agents and film festival programmers. Directors and producers of the selected projects will be invited to WIP to introduce their new films. Each team will have 10 minutes to present its project, including a video excerpt of the film, and then followed by a 5-min Q&A session from investors, distribution company representatives, post-production company representatives, film festivals programmers and the like. HAF will again partner with Marché du Film of Cannes Film Festival to shortlist five WIP projects to join the "HAF Goes to Cannes" programme in May 2026. VdR–Rough Cut Lab is an intimate workshop for four feature-length projects seeking specific feedback and advice from professionals on their most up-to-date rough cut. Taking place during the VdR–Industry days (19-22 April 2026) in Nyon, Switzerland, the Rough Cut Lab is a competitive lab dedicated to supporting filmmakers during the editing process to find the best creative direction for their films. Taking place during the VdR–Industry days (19-22 April 2026) in Nyon, Switzerland, the VdR–Pitching showcase is Visions du Réel’s competitive international co-production and co-financing forum, launching up to fifteen projects in late development into the international market. The event offers the participants the opportunity to not only present their projects to key players, but also discuss their content in the form of roundtables and one-to-one meetings in order to explore which financing and distribution options as well as markets are most organic and relevant to them. The ACE Mentoring Programme aims to support upcoming producers in managing their careers and developing their international network, by providing them with the opportunity to learn from established mentors actively working within the European film industry. Each year up to 10 producers, based in the EU or a Creative Europe MEDIA Programme country, will be selected for the Mentoring Programme EU. However, there are also three spaces open for producers from non-EU countries. With this, ACE Producers wants to contribute in creating a film industry that is more inclusive and diverse. After being selected, each producer will be matched to a mentor according to their specific needs. Throughout the year, the producers will have up to 4 meetings with their mentor, online or if possible in person at international festivals and events.

Programme for UK video game studios focused on how to prepare new IPs for the market. The two-month programme will focus on IP strategy and development for video games, running from mid-January to mid-March 2026. The accelerator will feature a mix of online and in-person sessions, focusing on how to develop your IP while scaling your game studio at the same time. Selected studios will also get free access to the Games Finance Market on April 14 & 15, and free showcase space at New Game Plus on April 16 & 17 (both part of the London Games Festival).

FeatureLab is a training programme dedicated to 1st and 2nd feature film projects from all over the world, at an advanced stage of development. The Bigger Picture supports Scotland-based filmmakers to make creatively ambitious, high-value, high-quality and high-impact shorts to bridge the gap many filmmakers experience before making their first feature film. These films are for filmmakers who have already made a feature but really want to make a short film, or for filmmakers who are on the verge of making their feature debut and would benefit from making one more short before moving into long form. The films will have more experienced producers at the helm, helping to build relationships with talent and showcase that talent to feature film financiers. TAKE THREE will contribute £90,000 to the production budget, but teams will be expected to secure other third-party financing in addition to the tax credit. Up to 4 films will be awarded funding, including one in Gaelic. This programme is supported by Screen Scotland and MG ALBA.

The Hong Kong - Asia Financing Forum (HAF) is recognized as one of the most important film financing platforms in Asia with many projects successfully completed and exhibited, taking place from 17 - 19 March 2026, in conjunction with the Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART) in Hong Kong.
