This Oscar-nominated animation, directed by Brits Will Becher and Richard Phelan, is ambitious in scope and filled with a wealth of enjoyable film pastiches. Co-written by UK screenwriters Mark Burton and Nick Park, Shaun the Sheep’s world is skilfully expanded from TV to the big screen. Synopsis
When a UFO crashes near Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun the sheep and his friends attempt to help stranded alien Lu-la find its way home. Meanwhile, Bitzer the dog works on building a UFO theme park called Farmageddon for the enthusiasts who now visit the village in droves.
