Based on the novel by UK writer Nick Hornby, this Oscar- and BAFTA-nominated film features a stand-out lead performance from its British lead actor, Hugh Grant. Supported by UK acting talent Nicholas Hoult and Rachel Weisz, and with original music by British singer-songwriter Badly Drawn Boy, this comedic drama is co-produced by Working Title Films.

Synopsis

Living off his father’s money, Will (Hugh Grant) is an irresponsible Londoner who relentlessly pursues a variety of women, going as far as to create an imaginary son for himself so he can attend single parent meetings. When he meets troubled twelve-year-old Marcus (Nicholas Hoult), the two form a bond, as Will coaches Marcus through school and Marcus helps Will to finally grow up.
