Synopsis

After university professor Deborah E. Lipstadt (Rachel Weisz) includes World War II historian David Irving (Timothy Spall) in a book about Holocaust deniers, he accuses her of libel and embroils her in a legal battle. With the burden of proof falling on the accused, Lipstadt and her team fight to prove that the Holocaust occurred.
