Yorgos Lanthimos’s distinct and mysterious film saw Jesse Plemons win Best Actor at Cannes Film Festival, where it was also nominated for the prestigious Palme d’Or prize. With music from British composer Jerskin Fendrix, and a menacing performance from UK actor Joe Alwyn, the film was co-produced by British outfit Film4.
