Synopsis
After a near-fatal car crash, Detective Sam Tyler (John Simm) is mysteriously transported back in time to 1973, trying and failing many times to return to the present. Despite disputes with his boss, Detective Chief Inspector Gene Hunt (Philip Glenister), Sam progresses at work, but when Glenn Fletcher (Ray Emmet-Brown) joins their team, Sam is shocked to face the chief inspector who will mentor him in his future life.
