This two-episode mini-series is based on the book by Scottish author Andrew O’Hagan and adapted to screen by Scottish screenwriter Andrea Gibb. Skilfully directed by Scotland’s Peter Mackie Burns (Daphne), the series also features a talented Scottish cast that includes Tony Curran, Martin Compston and Ashley Jensen. Co-produced by Glasgow-based BBC Scotland and Synchronicity Films.
