Directed and adapted to screen by British filmmaker Daniel Kokotajlo (Apostasy), this gloomy, Yorkshire-based horror was nominated for Best Film at the BFI London Film Festival. Starring compelling performances from the UK’s Matt Smith, alongside Welsh actors Morfydd Clark and Erin Richards, the film is co-produced by BBC Film, British Film Institute and London-based House Productions.

Synopsis
In 1970s Yorkshire, archaeologist Richard (Matt Smith) returns to his family home with his wife (Morfydd Clark) and son. When the child starts acting strangely, the couple inadvertently allow sinister forces into their home that awaken an ancient evil that lurks in the rural landscape.
