Dementia is a difficult cinematic subject, but Leicester-born actor-turned-director Harry Macqueen tackles it with tenderness and restraint. British actor Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci share wonderful chemistry as the couple grappling with their future and while their countryside expedition journey isn’t as explosive as its title suggests, it is powerfully illuminating.
