Based on the book by British writer Julia Donaldson, this sweet and unique animation is adapted to screen by Max and Suzanne Lang. A starry UK voice cast bring Axel Scheffler’s magical illustrations to life, including Rob Brydon, Jodie Whittaker, Susan Wokoma, Joanna Scalan and Nigerian-British actor Sope Dirisu. Synopsis
Set in London, Tabby McTat (Sope Dirisu) and his busker owner Fred (Rob Brydon) perform together for delighted crowds, until an unexpected event pulls them apart. While searching the city for Fred, Tabby McTat is drawn into a new life after getting taken in by a cat called Sock (Susan Wokoma), but Fred and Tabby McTat never stop searching for one another, hoping their friendship will survive in the face of all that's changed.
