Synopsis
In 1862, strong-willed scientist James Glaisher (Eddie Redmayne) and wealthy young widow Amelia Wren (Felicity Jones) attempt to fly a gas balloon higher than anyone in history. The further they ascend, the more dangerous their mission becomes, as the unlikely pair discover new things about themselves and each other.
