Nigerian-born, London-raised filmmaker Adeyemi Michael directs this essential docu-series, skilfully constructed utilising newsreel footage, maps, reenactments, archival interviews, experts and historians, as well as testimonies from descendants of the heroes. With music from British composer Roger Goula, the series is co-produced by UK companies Green Door Pictures and October Films.
