Synopsis
Within the British government, the fictitious Department of Social Affairs and Citizenship is run by ta bumbling Minister who is greatly out of touch with the British public. As he tries to maintain his position, he is bombarded by Number 10’s policy enforcer while depending on a team of not always reliable civil servants.
