Synopsis
Within the sheltered walls of the Vatican, Pope Benedict (Anthony Hopkins) meets his eventual successor Pope Francis (Jonathan Pryce). As well as confront their pasts, they must also find common ground in order to create a new trajectory for the Catholic Church.
