Co-directed and co-written by New Zealand filmmaker Taika Waititi, along with co-writers Jemaine Clement and the UK’s Iain Morris, this fantasy remake is based on characters created by British screenwriters Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin. With a great lead performance from British newcomer Kal-El Tuck, the series was co-produced by London-based HandMade Films.

Synopsis
Eleven-year-old Kevin (Kal-El Tuck) - who has a passion for history and a vivid imagination - is delighted to discover a portal that can transport him to various places and time periods throughout history. After entering this parallel world, he joins a band of time-travelling thieves led by Penelope (Lisa Kudrow) as they protect a stolen map from Wrongness (Jemaine Clement).
